Education: Attended The University of Hawaii; Graduated from Florida State University with a BFA in Visual Communications
Career: Interned at an Advertising Agency in Hawaii during college. Began my career as an Art Director in Advertising with Oliver White & Associates and The Marcus Group. Then joined Project Center in a leadership role as General Manager and Creative/Account Director to help shape, manage and grow the business through two corporate acquisitions to over 11M annually. Provided Local, National and International Brands with strategic creative and multichannel solutions. Joined Rheem in 2016 as a Creative Brand Manager for Rheem, developing and implementing brand strategies across the global Rheem family of brands, with focus on our Sustainability Initiative, Visual Brand Language, Brand Guidelines and Corporate Marketing Initiatives.
Served as President of the Art Director’s Club of Atlanta for two years and on the Board of Director’s for two years.
What do I want to get out of the group: Professional growth, new relationships, sharing ideas and industry best practices. Every meeting should continue to in some way have a focus on Wellspring Living.

Ideas for future meetings, venues and topics:
Venues: A weekend day pontoon boat outing on Lake Lanier, ZenTea, in Chamblee, an outdoor brownbag picnic where we take our shoes off and walk in the grass in the Fall and a local Arts Festival outing.
Topics: Social media – what works and who is doing it best, work/life balance tips, share your favorite app, trend spotting – bring examples to share.
Where would I like to be in five years relating to career: Working with a great company with values I believe in and being able to help them reach their goals. Building a fun creative side business that is all about art that I can continue to work on when I retire.
Where would I like to be in five years relating to my life: Happy, healthy, financially sound, spending quality time with friends and planning a trip to the South of France and Greece.

Bio: ADALIZ C. VICÉNS (Addy) Vicens is a dynamic marketing leader with experience in Fortune 500 companies delivering revenue generating marketing programs. With more than 10 years’ dedicated to Marketing, Addy has lead teams that contributed to disruptive launches such as the first gaming smartphone (Sony Xperia PLAY) and the first mobile wallet (Softcard Wallet/Today Google Pay) in the US.
As part of the largest dedicated Hispanic marketing team at AT&T, she successfully lead integrated activations for their music and sports platforms generating 2x their budgeted ROI.
She is passionate about multicultural marketing and wants to contribute to an organization in the Fintech industry.
In her free time, Addy enjoys CrossFit and loves to spend time with the triple A family (Alejandro, Alex and Alexa) and her 2 dogs Sookie and Sol.

Where would I like to be in five years relating to career and personal:
I have been fortunate to have had the dream job and learn a lot from my boss (es) and people who reported to me. I am looking forward to the next 15 years until my husband and I can retire.

Christina Steiner is a senior marketing professional with broad experience in many areas including consumer products and services, retail, sports marketing and B2B marketing. Christina has held a variety of senior marketing positions for Turner Broadcasting System, CIBA Vision Corporation, and Viscom International, with assignments in both the United States and Mexico. Most recently, Christina has been a part-time consultant and full-time stay at home parent to her two children. She has recently transitioned back into the corporate world as a Marketing Project Manager for Communiqué USA, where she provides a broad range of communications and digital marketing support to Communiqué USA and its clients. In addition to spending time with her family, she enjoys jewelry making, cooking, reading and travel.
